The residence has a structure similar to that of tourist resorts and inside there are several apartments and detached houses surrounded by areas planted with olive trees, mediterranean pines, bougainvillea, oleanders and other species of plants and flowers.

The residence offers a range of services for guests, such as:

• two swimming pools open seasonally from 15 June to 15 September, one for children and one for adults, guarded by lifeguard and surrounded by large solariums with deckchairs and sun umbrellas;

• a small room near the swimming pools with table tennis and foosball;

• access to the sea with a cove for the exclusive use of guests, with a green/blue sea that encourages swimming, "snorkeling" and also fishing;

• a tennis court (available during the summer season, for a fee);

• a bocce court;

• a children's playground with a slide, swings and carousel;

• access to the bike path that passes just below the residential area and allows you to get to Andora on foot (or by bicycle) in a few minutes, along the sea;

• an information office dedicated to the housing area, manned every day where you can address any needs;

The internal roads leading to the houses, are illuminated during the evening and can be used for short walks inside the structure in complete safety (there are no vehicles in transit except those who, at a walking distance, must park).

Due to the location of the residential complex on the coast, the access to the villa and to the pools / sea provide the use of ramps of stairs below street level.
